This is a worthy practice to build into my own muscle memory, now I just need to learn how to pronounce it.
After falling down an online hole seems there are two pronunciations:
noonk CHEHpi (ecclesiatical)
nunk KOYpi (classical)
I've been using noonk CHEHpi :-)

I agree, and the timing for me was perfect after a weird day at work and anxiety setting in. I read this and could feel the anxiety dissipate. Thank you also for writing this and Karen for sharing - is also lovely to have these connections like this
